Try the following home remedies for nausea -
- Have 1-2 table spoon of sugar syrup as soon as you feel nauseated to curb the feeling.
- Drink warm ginger ale or suck a small piece of ginger with a pinch of rock salt. You can even cut small pieces of ginger add salt and lemon in it and store it in a bottle.
- Try some pieces of crackers or salted biscuits or toast in the morning, this will prevent the nauseous feeling.
- Don’t consume milk along with oily, junk foods and fatty meals, as they take long time to get digested and may make you feel bloated.
- Use fresh grated ginger and grounded cumin seeds in cooking to aid digestion.
- If nausea is causing vomiting then to avoid dehydration keep yourself well hydrated.
- If you feel severely nauseated then end the feeling completely by vomiting it out once and for all. You won’t fell nauseated again.
