Try the following home remedies to treat your nail fungus -
- Soak your nail with fungus in Listerine mouthwash as it has potent antiseptic properties that would help to fight nail fungus.
- Dab some tea tree oil in a cotton ball and apply it on the affected nail. Tea tree oil has natural antifungal and antiseptic properties that will help you to get rid of the fungus.
- Fill warm water in a bucket and add ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar in it. Soak your feet in it for 15-20 minutes. Remove them and with the help of a nail filer clean and remove the dead skin.
Also cut the protruding nail short and straight. - Keep your feet dry and clean as nail fungus loves to grow in a moist or damp environment.
- Prefer wearing clean and open foot wear instead of shoes closed from the top.
Be patient and follow the remedies regularly as the fungus will clear gradually when the nail grows back.
