Hair fall home remedy
I Am 12 years old and my hair is faliing alot every time i take a shower and brushed it?

Hair loss can be caused by an array of causes, such as genes, type of water, improper diet deficient in proteins and poor hair treatment. Alopecia areata is a second degree of hair loss, accompanied by balding in patches. Application of onion juice, twice a day is helpful.
Massaging the scalp with essential oils such as lavender, thyme, cedar wood and rosemary proves beneficial, especially in the presence of carrier oils, namely grape seed or jojoba oil. A massage with olive oil or warm coconut oil is effective methods. Around 20 to 100 strands of hair are lost every day. Stress reduction aids in preventing hair fall. Hormonal imbalance also affects hair fall. A paste of gooseberry powder made with egg is an effective way to reduce hair fall. Sage tea with cider vinegar is a good hair rinse. This can be done after washing hair. Coriander juice leaves are power boosters to hair growth. A mixture of almond oil with warm castor oil is equally beneficial. Alfalfa juice with spinach juice can be consumed.
