- Inhale eucalyptus oil or peppermint vapors for chest congestion
- To a bowl of boiled water, add about 3 teaspoons of dried anise.
Drape a bath towel over your head and breathe deeply for 5 minutes. Do this thrice a day - Drink fenugreek tea to relieve head and chest congestion and cough
- In a juice glass, mix 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp lemon juice, and little hot water and drink
- Apply cayenne extract or garlic oil to the chest for congestion
- Add 1/4 cup vinegar to a vaporizer, and run it for an hour or more
