Dandruff cures

i find myself getting dandruff and a very itchy scalp when the cold weather hits is there anything i can do to prevent this?

Dandruff cures-

1. You should take a sun bath upon the scalp after applying almond oil and massage the scalp gently for 10 minutes, stand in the early morning rising sun for 1 hour daily for 2 months.

2. Application of arnica and jaborandi containing herbal oil too is very beneficial for this problem.

3. Take a homeopathic remedy called Sulphur 30 5 pills, once bed at time for 15 days. Then wait and watch.

4. Follow with a bio chemic remedy called kali sulph 12 x, 5 tablets 3 times daily for 2 months.
