Diet for TB
i have suffered frm TB & got the course (allopathy) complted, however can i still continue with the pineapple/amla /orange juice.. will it work?

Diet for TB- 1. You can still continue with pineapple, indian gooseberry and orange juice. 2.
Consume a simple diet with lots of cereals, leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Take rich proteins in the form of meat of lamb, chicken and sea foods. 3. Avoid all oily, deep fried food stuffs and synthetic beverages of any type. 4. Do yoga pranayam – do breathing exercises such as kapal bhaati and anulom vilom for 15 minutes each for 3 months to gain vitality and health. 5. Drink lots of water. 15-20 glasses of water per day with regular passing of urine is very essential to remove toxicity of the disease and drugs.
