Hi,Need to know which kind of yogurt do i need to consume for good health. Is it the flavoured or non flavoured..I am 49 years old.

Yogurt health advice-
Best is the organic yogurt. There has to be natural culture and more lactic acid acting upon the milk protein preferably from a cow. Flavored ones aren't that good.
You can add some fruits like strawberries, pineapples and raisins to make a richer and healthier yogurt variety.
Eat yogurt after sunrise and till 1 hour before sunset. This is ideal time for consuming that to on empty stomach to get its benefit.
Yogurt can be eaten as a meal or had with water as a digestive drink with black pepper and cumin powder sprinkling.
