While hair loss can be quite distressing for most people, you have to remember that everyone naturally loses some strands of hair every day. For the average person, losing as much as a hundred strands of hair in a single day can be considered normal. Factors causing the loss of hair are varied.
They can range from hereditary and environmental causes to diseases and medicines. Stress is also known to cause hair fall. It is not just mental stress but also physical stress resulting from some illness, or possibly even certain medical treatments such as surgery or chemotherapy that can lead to hairfall. Your change of residence and the ensuing hassles of moving such as shifting furniture and changing work/school can cause a lot of stress. Other problematic causes include direct damage to hair due to pulling it back into a tight ponytail or tight braids, the use of harsh chemicals such as dyes, or harsh treatments such as perms or hair irons.
What people tend to ignore is that age is a strong factor. The problem here is not just the hair fall but the fact that as one ages, one grows less hair to replace what is lost. Age also causes thinning of hair and brittle hair which breaks more easily. An unhealthy diet is another common cause. In particular, lack of sufficient protein or iron could be the cause. Certain thyroid disorders such as hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism have also been known to cause hair loss.
For instant appearance of a fuller crop of hair, you can try volumizing products. While many do contain paraffin, which isn’t good for hair, volumizing products typically sold in salons often help. Also try to find a distinctive style that suits fine hair. Be extremely careful about blow-drying so as not to apply high heat directly onto hair. Some treat hair loss with the use of different medicines or even surgery, like hair transplantation. Still others opt for hairpieces (wigs or toupees). Though their efficacy is largely debatable there are different home remedies, such as a vigorous rub of one’s scalp following a hair wash. Some people swear by the application of coconut oil for lustrous locks. However, proper diagnosis of the problem is necessary before attempting any remedy. For instance, in case of hair loss which is caused by heredity, you may be able to manage the problem (but not solve it) by hair care and sporadically using grooming products, regular hair oil, and the like. If the problem is something such as a fungal infection, then it can be completely solved, but you may need to use a suitable anti fungal treatment.

Hair loss home remedy: 1) It is very important to take 2 glasses warm water in the early morning immediately after waking up. 2) Consumption of indian gooseberry (indian gooseberry) is a good remedy but take it with warm water early in the morning before breakfast. 3) Take a homeopathic remedy irrespective of what you took before. Acid phos 30, 5 pills once at bedtime for 10 days. Stop the medicine after 10 days and wait and watch. 4) After one month of the medicine as in mentioned above in point 3 take another follow up remedy called lycopodium 30, a single powder dose, once every 3 days, 5 doses. Then wait and watch for one month. 5) Application of an oil mixture of almond and basil oil on the scalp on alternate days is beneficial.
