Chicken pox diet-

1. It's better to avoid brinjal during chicken pox as it may lead to more allergic manifestation. Groundnut or peanut is fair enough in limited quantity. The oil content of it may help healing in chicken pox.

2. Avoid non veg. Moderate or very small quantities just if the patient loves to eat.

3. Avoid aerated drinks and buffalo milk too.

4. Drink fresh non- citric fruit juices only. Eat lots of vegetables and drink green soups made up of 5 green vegetables like spinach, spring onions, coriander leaves, cabbage and basil leaves. Less salt and very less spice is essential.
