Fasting diet advice- 1. During fasting it is better to hydrate yourself before the time starts with at least 2-3 glasses of water and after fast ends the same to be followed. 2. Consume fruits like dates, water melon, apples, bananas immediately after fast is over. Then drink a cup of cow's or goats milk. 3. After one hour of breaking the fast have a proper diet containing grains of rice and pulses, green leafy vegetable soups and grilled or baked meat is advisable. Do not take deep fried stuff. 4. Maintain a proper diet. Take care that you do not over eat, as after fasting the hunger increases and thereby the temptation to eat increases three folds. So beware!
