Head lice treatment

head lice i can remove but its the eggs ive got a new headlice comb which is great with gritted teeth for better removal of lice and eggs but im still struggling any ideas?

Head lice treatment-

Please take the early morning rising sun i.e. sunbath for half an hour.
Apply a homeopathic mother tincture called thuja occidentalis. Mix1tsp of this tincture with 4 tsp of coconut oil. Apply this gently on the scalp, hair and massage gently for 5-10 minutes. Then wear a cloth or scarf to cover the head. Leave this for 3-5 hours. Then start to comb with the gritted teeth comb and see both the lice and eggs fall out. Then wash with a shampoo containing margosa, calendula and basil.
Repeat the above application as in 2 above every alternate day for 1 month.
After a month take another homeopathic mother tincture called Sabadilla and mix 1 tsp with 4 tsp of coconut oil and follow the same as in 2 above. Continue with this for a month.
