I have had a headache for 2 days and nothing seems to be working any suggestions

Headache treatment:
Please do yogic breathing especially anulom vilom for 15 minutes at the time of acute attack. Repeat after 12 hours.
Just be at ease and have light food, only fruits or vegetable salads are best.
Drink 3 glasses of water every hour.
Take a homeopathic remedy called belladonna 200 5 pills, 3 hourly 3 doses. If the cause of headache is loss of sleep take cocculus indicus 30 5 pills 2 hourly 3-4 doses only.
If the cause was indigestion then take nux vomica 30 2 hourly 3-4 doses only.
