Severe neck pain treatment- 1.Please do formentation with hot water bag and cold pack.Apply the hot bag on the neck at the site of pain keep it for 3-5 seconds then remove and put cold pack over this same site.
Likewise repeat this process for 5 minutes.Do this type of formentation once in a day. 2. Take a homeopathy remedy called as Kalmia latlifolia 30 5 pills, 2 times dauly for 10 days.
