Urinary problem advice

Hello sir,I m 27yrs old guy having problems in flow of urine....my urine flow is very slow&it burns,i had 2 press a lot 2 do urine,so kindly do advice me regarding 2 my problem so dat my urine flow becums as normal as others.

Urinary problem advice-

1. Do lower abdomen exercises like crunches. Also do yogic breathing that is kapalbhaati for 20 minutes on an empty stomach daily at sunrise and sunset, 5 hours after meals.

2. Take a medicine called Baryta mur 30, 5 pills once daily, for 15 days at bed time.

3. After taking the above medicine for 15 days, wait for another 15 days and see the results.

4. If the problem still persists take another homeopathic remedy called Sabadilla 30 5 pills once at bed time for another 15 days.

The cure for this problem is as follows - Take half glass of milk without sugar add another half glass of water to it, mix well and drink it . Repeat this combination four times a day for seven days continuously.
