Health advice on pregnancy- 1. Please take rest for at least 6 months to a year before another conception. 2. If you are gynaecologically fit then do not worry at all ,but the fact that you had a C-section makes you loose blood and essentialities. So first do some light yogic exercises and relax.
Consume a rich protein diet and avoid pregnancy for at least 6 months. Do not make haste! 3. Your health will directly affect the fetus and the baby at large. So taking good care of yourself is important. 4. Take regular iron supplements in the form of green leafy salads and other vegetables. Fish and meat too are beneficial. 5. Keep a positive attitude and be mentally as well as physically prepared.
