hi im jed. im usng mouthwashs wen i ws 2nd yr hiskul & i stp 8 wen im n 3rd yr. my clsm8 told m dat i hve a bad bret i wnt 2 my dntist & she clin my mouth nd she gve me moutwas bt 8 ddnt works.wat im going 2 do tnx.

Bad breath remedy- 1. Stop all mouth washes and start with bowel and tongue cleansing. 2. Drink 2 big glasses of warm water daily in the morning after waking up. 3. Do yoga pranayam specially

Practice forceful exhalation by flipping out of the tongue after breathing in deeply. Repeat this 20 times. 4. Take a homeopathic tooth powder containing plantago, heckla lava and calcium carbonate. Apply on the teeth and the entire tongue. Leave it for 2 hours. Then gargle with hot salt water and brush your teeth using the same powder.
