Chicken pox natural treatment
when you have the chicken pox is it ok to throw up??? or should i take my child to the doctor??? or do you have a remedie for that ????

Besides getting fever, chills and blisters all over the body a common symptom of chicken pox is nausea and vomiting. So it is normal for your child to throw up, however if it is too severe then it would be wise to take an opinion from your specialist. You can try the following chicken pox remedies to build your child’s immune system and faster recovery.
- Include nutritious foods like whole grains, beans, peas, fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats and low fat dairy products in your child’s diet.
- If appetite is poor due to nausea and vomiting include his favorite foods
- Hot soups, broths, fresh vegetable and fruit juices are a good way to maintain calorie and nutrient intake.
- Avoid refined flour, excess sugar, soft drinks, colas, carbonated drinks and cordial.
Try soft and less spicy foods, if blisters are present in mouth too. - Make sure that he drinks at least 6-8 glasses of water per day and maintain proper personal hygiene.
- Aloe Vera when applied on the blisters may help relieve itching and assist the skin to heal.
- Take rest to boost the immune system and avoid stress.
