Try the following remedies for restless leg syndrome -
  • Restless leg syndrome often strikes when your leg is at rest that is mainly at night. When you feel that you would have one then just satisfy your urge. Get up and simple take a stroll around your bed room or drawing room. This simple exercise that is walking helps to change chemical balance in mind and promote restful sleep.
  • When symptoms of restless feet syndrome arises wiggle. Just move your legs back and forth for a while.
  • Try changing your sleeping position and see if it helps to curb the symptoms. It definitely helps many people.
  • Check if you are deficient in iron or folate, as their deficiency can cause restless leg syndrome.
  • Avoid eating a large and heavy meal at night, as this can increase the symptoms of restless leg syndrome.
  • Rest. Avoid any kind of stress as far as possible.
  • Avoid smoking, caffeine and alcohol consumption completely.
