Headache treatment
Tension headaches if bearable can be done away with exercise. But if the headache feels like an onslaught of pain like a migraine headache, then do not exercise as it may only cause the pain to worsen. Sleep is another solution which works wonders for tensed minds and stressed bodies. Try sleeping off a headache, and if it works you know the answer every time you get tensed. Rest off! The headache is a sign that the body is telling how stressed it is with all the pressure building up inside the head. The body usually gives out a number of signs during an anxious or tensed situation. You would need to be conscious and check whether - Are your teeth clenching up, your fists tightening, and your shoulders slumping? Then these are signs that you need to ease up and take deep refreshing gulps of clean air. A rush of oxygen to the head will clear off more than just headaches. Maintaining a cheerful disposition can also works wonders for the entire body. Go in for quieter environments and relax in places that are less noisy. Try to obtain as much peace and quiet you can from your environment and the calmness will be beneficial to your well being. Protect your eyes from the glaring sun rays if you happen to travel long hours of the day. take a break once every 15 minutes either form the computer screen or move about for a couple of minutes to rest your eyes and spinal cord in office.
