Information on enema

The person meting out the enema needs is under utmost obligation for the task. Most dependants are normally mortified under such a shaky situation. As an administrator one must respect the individual's propriety.

Constant communication amongst the administrator and the person receiving the enema is a very crucial implement. A continuous dialogue of morale building to the one who is receiving an enema is of major significance for an advantageous effect of the process. Helping the recipient to breathe freely and relax throughout the procedure can greatly heighten the prospects of a good experience.

The receiver’s anal area must be lubed well enough to put in the colon tube. The lubricant must be liberally applied in such a manner that the tube is able to work in and out and around within the anus and rectum. Hang the enema bag approximately one foot above the anus. Put in the rectal tube but do not try to force it in, it should smoothly enter the anus.

Slowly let in the solution, do not attempt to put in a large amount at one. If the receiver starts to feel cramps, the flow must either be stopped or slowed down. Five or ten minutes after administering, the receiver will gradually inform you the need to expel the enema.
