What is the best thing to try if you start feeling tired a lot, sluggish and having headaches?

Although most headaches are not really debilitating the best thing to do while having a headache is just simply sit in a darkened corner and close your eyes and wait for the pain to subside. If you have constant headaches for a long period of time then its time to get it checked out rule out any medical emergencies. Most people just like to pop a painkiller for the headache and continue their work, but here are a few home remedies which can help you out with the problem of headaches -
Make a compact pad of warm cloths and use it to apply a cooling pack of 5 drops lavender essential oil in water.
Place it on your head and replace every so often.
Mild exercise helps to increase the blood flow to you brain and reduces the tendency of a headache. But please remember that sometimes sudden increase in blood pressure can aggravate a migraine headache. So take it easy and start slowly.
Massage with peppermint, eucalyptus or lavender essential oil to reduce blood pressure and calm your mind.
Try a cold pack or place your hands in warm to hot water. Somehow this seems to help a lot.
