Genital herpes is a contact disease which means you have picked it forms some one you had contact with. Although the disease is highly contagious there is no actual cure for it. We can only try to control the symptom, which is all. The most common home remedies for herpes infection are - - Keep a food diary. find out all the things which can aggravate your herpes and try to avoid them rigorously
- Place packed down ice chips on the affected spot as many time a day as possible in a synthetic bag and then wrap the bag in a thick .Place it straight on the affected area. Keep it in place for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Reapply several times throughout the day repeat the process as many times as possible it the day for as many days as possible.
- Use baking soda and corn starch to dry out the area completely.
- Wear baggy loose pants.
- Apply a teabag as the tannic acid in the tea bag can help to reduce the pain of the infection.
- Sitting in a hot hip bath is very helpful. Sit-in a shallow basin of hot water and wait for at least ten to fifteen minutes. This seems to soothe the sores which happen in herpes.
