Hypertension is a common condition, which affect more than half of the worlds population and the reasons of high blood pressure can be many although I would advise you to get your pressure regularly checked by a physical examination and then try out home remedies. Very high blood pressure if insufficiently controlled can cause fainting and even a heart attack so please be careful. Here are a few home remedies which can help you with your high blood pressure - - Make sure you drink at least three to four glasses of water per day.
- Reduce your intake of fats and fried foods.
- Exercise for at least thirty minutes everyday.
- Avoid salt altogether.
You can use a mixture of sage, oregano and thyme as a salt substitute. - Eat two cloves of the single pod garlic everyday.
- Eat olive oil and celery which contain strong compounds to lower blood pressure.
- Please be advised to consult with your doctor regularly to keep a close eye on your blood pressure. If you experience severe and sudden sweating, dizziness and vomiting please contact your doctor immediately.
