Immune system remedy-
  1. The 7 types of Yoga pranayam are a boon to enhance the immune system. The 7 asanas are bhastrika, , anulom vilom, kapalbhaati, bhaayye, agnisaarbhaamri and udgeet.
  2. Take a herbal called ganoderma.


    Take about 5 gms of it per day for 6 months. Even indian goosberry powder mixed in equal proportion with ganoderma is very useful.
  3. Take 500 gms of bottle gourd juice daily on an empty stomach in the morning or evening.


  4. Take a bio chemic 5 phos tablets; take 5 of these 2 times daily for 3 months. The five phos remedies are calcarea phos, ferrum phos, magnesium phos, kali phos and natrum phos.
