Immune System Remedy

 

  • The 7 types of Yoga pranayam are a boon to enhance the immune system. The 7 asanas are bhastrika, , anulom vilom, kapalbhaati, bhaayye, agnisaarbhaamri and udgeet.
  • Take a herbal called ganoderma.


    Take about 5 gms of it per day for 6 months. Even indian goosberry powder mixed in equal proportion with ganoderma is very useful.
  • Take 500 gms of bottle gourd juice daily on an empty stomach in the morning or evening.
  • Take a bio chemic 5 phos tablets; take 5 of these 2 times daily for 3 months. The five phos remedies are calcarea phos, ferrum phos, magnesium phos, kali phos and natrum phos.
