QUESTION ON HEMOGLOBIN
SIR,MY S. BILIRUBIN. NOT REDUCING FROM 2.1, DIRECT IS 0.7 AND INDIRECT VARY FROM .5 TO 1.3AND MY HB% LEVEL IS LOW 11.5 FROM LAST ONE AND HALF PLEASE ADVICE FOR INCREASING OF HB% AND REDUCING THE LEVEL OF S. BILLIRUBIN FROM 2.1

Question on Hemoglobin- 1. Please increase consumption of green leafy vegetables like spinach, cabbage, parsley. Make a soup of 500gms total of this in an equal mixture. Boil in 5 cups of water reducing it to 2 and then drink these 2 cups on empty stomach daily.
You can add salt and little black pepper for taste. 2. Consume a lot of jaggery and honey. Minimum 50 gms of jaggery and 2 tsf of honey per day. 3. Take a bio chemic tonic in tablet form containing ferrum phos, calcarea phos, kali phos, natrum phos and mag phos. Take 5 tablets of each 3 times daily for 1 month.
