Arthritis is of many forms but mainly it is the inflammation of joints and bones. Try the following home remedies to help to relieve the pain of your hip bruise - - Lose weight to achieve your ideal body weight. Did you know that even one extra pound has an ability to put six times extra pressure put on the joints which in turn increases the stress on the cartilage causing inflammation and pain.
- Add some Epsom salt in bathing water tub. Relax in the tub for a while to relieve the stiffness and inflammation of your hip joint.
- Massage the joints near the hips gently with warm olive oil to relieve pain. Other than this body massages and steam baths are also beneficial.
- Before going to bed rub hot vinegar on the aching hip joints. This will help relive the pain at night while you are sleeping.
- To avoid morning hip stiffness apply vitamin E oil the hip joint at night before sleeping.
- Omega 3 fatty acid is very beneficial in the treatment of arthritis. Include fish like mackerel, salmon, tuna along with flaxseeds in the diet.
- Keep moving just don’t sit at one place. This will help in proper joint alignment and avoid joint stiffness. A yoga instructor or a physiotherapist can help you with the same.
- Avoid stress of any kind, may it be physical or emotional as arthritis is very sensitive to stress.
