Try the following home remedies for bee sting -
- Clean and scrap out the skin where you have got a bee sting. Scraping can be done effectively with the help of the blunt side of the knife.
- Mix 2 aspirins in water and rub this paste on the affected skin. This will give immediate relief.
- Make a paste by mixing 1 tsp baking soda in water. Apply this paste on the affected skin. Wash it after 10-15 minutes with cold water. This will also help to reduce the itching.
- Calamine lotion on the bee string when applied will act as a coolant and prevent itching.
- To avoid bee sting in future never disturb the bees nest purposely and wear appropriate clothes like full sleeves shirts or full pants and boots during an outdoor activity.
