Insomnia home remedy

Insomnia besides lack of sleep when becomes chronic can cause other problems like headaches, confusion, frustration, bad temper, and emotional instability. Try these following simple home remedies for insomnia.
- For insomnia have a cup of warm milk in the night before going to bed.
- A warm water bath before going to bed would also be helpful for a fruitful sleep.
- Avoid drinking tea, coffee or any other caffeinated beverages altogether or at least 8 hours before going to bed.
- Be regular. Have fixed time to eat meals and going to bed. This will help. Avoid irregularity completely.
- Don’t fight with sleep if you are awake in the middle of the night, instead listen to some soft music and lay in bed until you are drowsy again. Turn off your mind from all the tensions before going to bed.
- Avoid any kind of stress especially emotional stress as our sleep id very sensitive to it.
