Natural cures for head lice
- While washing your hair, lather up the shampoo and leave it on for 2 to 10 minutes and then rinse it off. The active ingredients in the shampoo will kill the eggshells and prevent it from hatching. Now, add equal parts of vinegar and water and rinse your hair with this solution.
Vinegar will dissolve the eggshells and make the hair look thicker and shinier. - Comb your hair with a fine-tooth comb at least twice a day.
- You can add 1 teaspoon to you5r shampoo and wash your hair with it daily.
- Rub Listerine mouthwash in your hair or give it a massage with mayonnaise and then comb it after 2-3 hours.
- Rinse your hair with a mixture of lemon and butter thrice weekly.
- Every alternate night massage your scalp with coconut oil or almond oil and wash it in the morning.
- Mix equal amounts of vinegar and alcohol and rub it in your hair. Leave it for half an hour and then wash it off.
- Always condition your hair and apply any hair serum after every wash.
- Disinfect your comb and towel and all linen to kill the pests.
- Do not share your combs or pillows with a lice infected person.
