Baldness natural treatment
I m 33 , male having problem of baldness on the top of the head and premature greying hair white. I m using coconut oil mixed with black peppr and camphor daily little after bath & once in a week massage lukewarm oil for 15 min

Hair fall and premature graying of hair occurs due to inadequate nutrition which leads to deficiencies in the body. Psychological factors like stress, worry can also be the cause for this. Apart from these, certain diseases like anemia, typhoid, flu or tuberculosis or conditions like dandruff and fungal infection can also lead to hair loss.
Baldness home remedies:-
- A thorough massage of the scalp for 10-15 minutes with fingers after cleaning it with water. This improves blood circulation and warms up the scalp.
- Gooseberry hair oil can be prepared by adding fresh juice of Indian Gooseberry to coconut oil.
This mixture is boiled till the juice is absorbed. The oil is applied after massaging is done. - A simple and easy method of preventing hair loss is regular application of coconut oil or warm Castor oil on the scalp.
- A cup of lettuce and spinach juice when taken daily can prevent hair loss.
- A paste of hot olive oil, honey and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder can be applied before bath. Leave it for 15 minutes. Another paste made up of ground lemon seeds and black pepper in equal amounts with small quantity of water can be useful for baldness.
- Add a tablespoon of yeast to a liter of yogurt and have this before each meal. This is effective against premature graying of hair. The bacteria present in the yogurt can help in producing anti- gray vitamins in our intestinal tract.
- Butter made from cow’s milk has the ability to prevent premature graying. A small blob can be consumed and a small portion can be applied externally twice a week.
- Pieces of ribbed gourd can be dried in the shade. Soak these pieces in coconut oil for 3-4 days. Allow it to boil till the pieces are reduced to residue form. This oil can be massaged and can restore pigment to the hair.
- Self care measures like combing and brushing hair regularly, having a sound sleep for 8 hours, consuming well balanced diet regularly, oiling, applying mild shampoo and conditioning your hair regularly are essential for healthy hair.
