Home Remedies for Black Spots
Every individual has a desire to look beautiful with a smooth, lustrous and clear skin. Unfortunately, many people are suffering from hyper-pigmentation or formation of dark or black spots on their skin. These spots are mainly characterized by pockets of discolored skin.
These spots are distressing and needs an immediate cure.
These spots are mainly caused due to internal as well as external factors. Internal culprits of black spots include certain health conditions such as Edison's disease and hepatic problems. Consuming excess of iron can also cause formation of black spots on your skin, so reduce your intake of iron. Deficiency of vitamins mainly Vitamin A, B and E results in the formation of black spots. Vitamin A, B and E are anti oxidants that have the power to deactivate the effects of various body infections. To combat this deficiency, you have to eat more of vitamin enriched foods such as milk, dairy products, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, liver and many similar food sources.
Increase in melanin can also cause black spots on your face. To fight this cause, avoid prolonged exposure to sun radiations. Use a good sun screen lotion when you move out in the sun. Sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher is the best way to block sun rays that darkens your skin.
