Natural treatment for fibromyalgia
- Eat the herb Bog bean directly or in the form of supplements to get relief from pain as it is anti-inflammatory.
- Ginger is effective in curing joint pain and stiffness. Extract 1 tsp of its juice and mix 1 tsp of honey to it and take it once daily.
You can chew peeled ginger root after your meals and drink ginger tea. - In 1 cup of warm water mix 2 tsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp o honey and drink it to reduce pain due to fibromyalgia.
- Take ½ tsp of turmeric powder with warm water or add it in 1 cup of warm milk and take it at night.
- Drink alfalfa tea 2 times a day.
- Drink 1 glass of radish juice added with sugar daily.
- Take 1 cup of papaya seeds 5 to 6 times a day for around 2 weeks.
- Soak 4 finely sliced raw beets in a quart of berry wine for a day and drink 1 small glass of it before your meals thrice daily.
- Make a solution of 2 parts of pure olive oil and 1 part of kerosene and rub on the affected area.
- You can also rub the joints and muscles with hot vinegar before going to bed.
