Natural treatment for hard calluses
  • Immerse your hands in warm water in which a mild disinfectant has been added for 10 minutes. Exfoliate the calluses with a pumice stone very gently and then apply Vaseline petroleum jelly to them. Fill the cracks with the jelly and leave it for at least an hour so.

Later you can gently wipe your hands.
  • Apply the sap from the stem of the herb marigold on the calluses and over the cracks once at night before going to bed.
  • Wash your hands with the juice of cucumber, raw potato and the gel of Aloe Vera.

You can also apply Aloe Vera gel 3 to 4 times daily.
  • Cut a slice of lemon and rub it in sugar. Now, gently massage your calluses and cracks with it once a day.
  • Make a poultice of the roasted bulb of the herb Indian squill and apply it over the cracks and calluses.
  • Wear gloves while using detergents for washing dishes or clothes.
  • Always keep your hands dry. You can use a hair dryer for this but be careful not to burn your skin with it.
  • Mix the paste of liquorices sticks with sesame or mustard oil and rub it into the calluses and cracks once before going to bed at night.
