Home remedies to improve blood circulation

The tea made form Tamari Bancha neutralizes acidic blood condition and enhances blood circulation and provides relief from fatigue.

Regular use of Calendula Officinalis will improve blood circulation.
Drink the juices of ginger roots and onion regularly.



Ginkgo Biloba increases blood circulation to the extremities of the brain and sharpens it. It is effective for people of all ages.

Use hydrotherapy, that is first dip your legs in ice cold water for as long s you can bear and then dip it in hot water. The sudden advent of coldness and heat will restore the blood circulation in your legs.

Avoid sitting cross legged and fold and unfold your legs while you are sitting. Stretch your legs after getting up and exercise regularly. Try losing some pounds if you are overweight.
