what's the remedy for prolonged cough and vomiting ocassionally(1 month) with phlemgm,cold and catarrh.pls help

Natural Cure for Cough and Cold

Read on the following home remedies for cough and cold:
  • Drink ginger tea. This will give your throat a soothing effect and will help in treating cold and clearing your throat passage.
  • Taking a spoon of honey every day before going to bed will also help in relieving cough and cold.


  • Combination of honey and orange juice is also a great cure for treating cold.
  • Honey in combination with liquor ice tea, honey suckle or red raspberry also works wonders in treating cough and cold.
  • A glass of milk with turmeric powder is beneficial for treating cold.
  • Warm a glass of water and add salt to it. Use this water to gargle. This will help you in drawing out the entire cough jammed in your throat.
  • You can prepare your own cough syrup at home by combining comfrey tea, onion juice and honey.
  • Few drops of brandy or vodka are also great for cold.
  • Consumption of holy basil leaves along with honey is also beneficial.
  • And in case you are feeling pukish for the excess of cough jammed in your throat, you can consume a mixture of cardamoms and honey.
  • Combination of lemon juice and ginger juice is also effective for vomiting.
