Jock Itch is also known as tinea cruis. It is a fungal skin infection affecting genitals, groin areas, buttocks. It is mainly seen in men.
Sweaty and overweight people are at more risk. Jock Itch Remedy Tips - Main thing to be done is to keep the area dry and clean. Using loose undergarments helps in jock itch.
- Application of tea tree oil on infected area helps a lot.
- Application of garlic and honey is also helpful. Add more garlic in your food it has antifungal qualities.
- Application of cornstarch on area twice a day also helps.
- Use few drops of apple cider vinegar and water for cleaning the area.
- Application of olive oil, oregano oil on jock itch is good.
- Avoid eating sweets, spicy, fried food.
- Have patience. Within 2 weeks you will be free from jock itch.
