Gallstones are formed in the gall bladder. You can get rid of gallstones in the following ways:
  • The very first step in getting rid of the gallstone is flushing your gall bladder.
  • Incorporate more of water soluble fiber rich foods such as raw fruits and vegetables.


    This will help to flush toxins from the gall bladder.
  • Avoid eating saturated fats and sugary products.
  • Take more of Vitamin C enriched foods such as lemon, orange and Indian gooseberry. This will help to strengthen immune system and improve the functions with enhanced capability of your body to fight infections. Vitamin C also helps in converting cholesterol to bile and performs naturally healthy functions of the gall bladder.
  • Even a sedentary lifestyle can cause gallstone so stay active by being involved in more of physical activities. Even activities such as walking, stretching and breathing exercises will do.
  • Drink coffee daily. This will prevent the formation of gallstones.
  • Avoid eating junk foods, canned foods and processed foods as these act as stimulants and can worsen the condition.
  • Eat more of nuts that have unsaturated fats.
