I am unable to understand what you mean by referring to your pimple as ‘raw’. Does this mean that your pimple is infected? If it is infected, then you should get it checked by  a doctor who will be able to help you.




The appearance of pimples can be traced to a variety of reasons. Sometimes pimples appear due to clogged pores. This can occur due to excessive sweating. You should ensure that you clean your chest regularly. There are various types of pimples that can appear on the face, chest and shoulders. You will first need to identify which kind of pimple you have on your chest. A pimple that stays under the skin is known as a whitehead while a pimple that has a black appearance and can be seen on the skin is a blackhead. Your pimple sounds more like either a pustule or a papule to me.  A pustule is a pimple which is red in color and has pus in it while a papule is pink coloured lump which is tender. You can use the hot compress remedy on these. Dip a towel in warm water and hold on the pimple. Repeated twice or thrice a day, this remedy is effecting in bringing the pimple to a head.   A paste of cinnamon powder and honey, in a ratio of 3: 1 can be applied to the pimple. Roast and powder the skin of a pomegranate. Add some fresh lime juice to this and apply on your pimple.
