Genital warts advice

I got genital warts but after treatment they were gone and I haven't had any for 4 years. Is it still contagious? It's like I never had them. I've been sleeping with my boyfriend 3 years and he doesn't have them.

Genital warts advice

Genital warts are small growths that you will notice around your private parts. The virus that causes these warts is called Pappilloma. When you have warts in your genitals you will experience a burning sensation.

You may also find that you itch in the area. Garlic is a good remedy to cure these warts. You can crush a few pods of garlic and apply this on the warts.

You should include at least three pods of raw garlic in your daily food intake since this will help cure the warts too.

Genital warts are contagious and if you have had sexual intercourse when you were suffering from this condition, it is likely that you have passed on the infection. Having sexual intercourse when you have genital warts can be very painful and you should refrain from doing this. Since you have already had this condition, you should know that it is always better to practice safe sex. Always use a condom during sex since this will prevent any infection from affecting you. If you do suspect that you have another attack of genital warts, you should visit the doctor at the earliest. You can use onion juice as an effective remedy on these. Sliced onion should be covered overnight. A light sprinkling of salt will ensure that the onions release their juices. You can use this juice on your warts.
