Tips to get tall and gain weight

I have tried so many things to get taller and to gain weight. I eat a lot it's just that I don't gain any weight. Could u help me?

You have not mentioned how old you are or how much you weigh at present. If your height and weight are not proportionate to your age, then it is advisable to seek a doctor's opinion. There could be a variety of reasons for this and a doctor will be able to help you.




You should practice some sport and ensure that you get regular exercise, if you want to increase your height. Jogging in the morning, playing a vigorous game of badminton or squash will help you increase your height. In addition, the regular exercise will ensure that your stomach is cleansed properly each day.


People usually fail to gain weight because they are constipated and unable to eat regular meals at the proper time. If you begin regular exercise you will notice a marked difference in your appetite. You should drink a cup of milk at bedtime and increase your intake of water and other fluids through out the day. Rather than eat a diet full of fatty food, you should eat more nutritious food that is high in fiber. Fruits and vegetables should form the main part of your food. You can also eat fish and lean meat. Eggs and milk should be taken daily. Salads, fruit juices, lentil and wheat based dishes will all ensure that you get the right amount of nutrients even as they keep you healthy.
