Halitosis Home cures Most of us suffer from bad breath at some point or the other. The basic reason for bad breath is bad oral hygiene. If you haven't been cleaning your teeth regularly, then it is no wonder that your breath smells.
The first thing you need to do is ensure that your teeth are cleaned regularly. Ensure that there are no food particles stuck in the spaces between your teeth. If you notice any pain in your teeth or bleeding in your gums, then you should consult your doctor.
Cleaning your teeth regularly should help you. You can also make a simple mouthwash at home by boiling two bunches of parsley, chopped coarsely, in about four cups of water. Adding a few cloves with help too. Boil this well, and then, cool and strain. This is wonderfully effective mouthwash. You should also use this to gargle at least twice a day.
Some people suffer from bad breath when they are constipated or suffering from some kind of infection in their stomach. This can be cured by simply changing your diet. Instead of the processed food or oily fried food that you normally eat you should concentrate on eating raw food. Drinking a cup of warm milk at night helps too. You should also make regular exercise a part of your day.
