Yeast infection cures There are several kinds of yeast infections that can affect human beings. They can occur in the mouth, genitals or any other part of the skin that is in a constant state of wetness or dampness. Yeast infections normally look like white patches, sometimes, they are painful when they become hard and peel off.
They may also cause discomfort and itching. If your infection has lasted for more than a week, it is advisable to get medical advice and treatment, since it is likely to blow up into something bigger and more annoying than anything else. You must also stay away from stress and poor hygiene when you are suffering from an infection as these are the two things that can make it worse.
Some basic and simple home remedies can help you get rid of the infection in formative stages. Apply a pack made of ice cubes to the affected area for instant relief. You can wash the area with diluted vinegar. This will help maintain cleanliness. Alternately, you can use one part hydrogen peroxide and two parts water to wash the infected area. These washes will also sanitize the area and prevent further infections. You can also sprinkle some baking soda to the infected part. The live bacteria in fresh yogurt will help fight the infection as well.
