Dark elbows natural cures

First of all, you are only damaging your skin by scrubbing it till it gets red. This will not have any effect on the color of your elbow skin. The darkness is not dirt or a stain that can be removed by scrubbing and scraping it.

In most people, areas such as the elbows and knees are darker than the rest of the body as the skin in this area experiences a lot of friction. Elbows and knees usually end up being rubbed against some surface or the other, and probably come into rough contact with clothing more than any part of the body. It is this friction, along with the associated dryness, that makes the skin in these areas dark.

It is not really possible to completely avoid rubbing your elbows against surfaces, but to some extent you can try to minimize it. To keep the skin moist you can use a moisturizer, and you can also apply aloe gel. Vitamin E oil is also helpful for most skin problems, so you can try this too. In addition, you can rub a cut lemon on your elbows, and also apply a paste of turmeric powder and milk once a day.
