Treat Over Weight in Females
The best and simplest form of exercise, especially to begin with, is a brisk walk. Walking is actually fantastic, it does not require any form of equipment when outdoors, it is free, it is less tiring and moreover it can be done anytime and as many times during the day, depending upon your stamina. moreover if pursued for a long period of time and done regularly it can display results that would be as good as any workout in a professional controlled environment.
Begin with a ten minute walk at the start of a day. Gradually increase it to twice a day. You should be able to walk in the morning and in the evening for ten minutes for about a week. Slowly as you begin to get comfortable with the duration and the pace of the walk, increase the ten minutes to 20 and try to take longer strides and walk faster. It will also help if you can attempt to take in your walking program a couple of gentle slopes. This will help you to build your heart muscles. and over a period of time you will notice as you walk faster, longer and climb steeper slopes and that you have shed considerable inches and built a formidable stamina as compared to before.
