It is important to make sure that your rash is not due to a fabric allergy or an allergy to something new that you are wearing or using. If this is the case, you need to stop wearing or applying whatever new product you are using it immediately. If this does not work, start by applying a cool compress of ice cubes in a washcloth for instant relief from the itching. This may also cool down a heat allergy.
