Skin rash natural remedies Rashes may occur due to a variety of reasons. To cure a rash of any kind, it is important to first know what is causing it. Rashes could appear due to dry skin or allergies.
The very first thing you must do is to boost your immunity. This will help to keep your skin healthy. Have one teaspoon of Indian gooseberry (indian gooseberry) powder, mixed with a teaspoon of honey every day. This will help in improving your general immunity. Eaten fresh, this fruit works better.
It is important to make sure that your rash is not due to a fabric allergy or an allergy to something new that you are wearing or using. If this is the case, you need to stop wearing or applying whatever new product you are using it immediately. If this does not work, start by applying a cool compress of ice cubes in a washcloth for instant relief from the itching. This may also cool down a heat allergy. Chilled milk cream will also help soothe and heal the rash. Mix four teaspoons of baking soda in a glass of water and keep applying this intermittently, for 10 minutes at a time. This will help heal and also sanitize the rash. If you are feeling particularly itchy, make a paste of sandalwood and honey to soothe. Sometimes, simple things like perspiration can also cause rashes. Try to keep the rash exposed to open air as much as possible.
