Massage is the best remedy on hair loss.

  • Massage warm coconut oil on hair. Wash hair with mild shampoo in the morning.
  • Apply aloe vera gel on hair. Keep it for 20-30 minutes. Rinse well.
  • Put coconut milk on hair and keep it for 20 mints. Rinse well with mild shampoo.
  • Prepare indian gooseberry (Indian goose berry) oil by boiling dried indian gooseberry in coconut oil for ½ an hour. Massage your scalp with this oil everyday.
  • For hair growth, application of a mixture of apple cider vinegar and saga tea on the hair is very beneficial.
  • You can prepare a shampoo at home. Take Indian goose berry, sapindus mucorosai and acacia concinna in equal proportion. Add it to 2 liters of water. Boil it till reduces to half its original proportion. This shampoo is good for hair fall. Use it at least for one month.
