Candidiasis Infection Natural Cure

Candida is a fungal infection affecting the oral cavity and vagina. They also indicate the presence of underlying conditions, such as malignant tumours, diabetes mellitus and infections. Use of antibiotics, results in proliferation of the fungus.


It originates in the mouth or oral cavity as oral thrush. It spreads to the oesophagus and the gastro intestinal tract and lastly into the organ mycosis. It is referred to as Candida sepsis, when it enters the blood stream. It is life threatening, after entering the blood.

Treatment is difficult in this stage of infection, as recovery is not possible. It is fatal, if left untreated. Antifungal agents are helpful in the initial stages. Intestinal micro flora is essential. Alcoholic beverages are abstained from. Refined sugars and other refined carbohydrates are not considered, as they form the food for yeast. Soluble fibre and garlic in the diet prove beneficial. Fruits and fruit juices comprise of natural sugars and are hence avoided. Yeast and sugar are adequate in baked foods, such as muffins, breads and crackers. Refer to a physician for further guidance.
