Halitosis home cures Bad breath is more of a social problem than a medical one. It can be a source of great embarrassment and may interfere with intimacy.Practicing good oral hygiene is not always a guarantee of sweet smelling breath, as several other factors can cause bad breath.
Thankfully, the remedies are simple and fairly effective.
Things to do before any situation where you would want to smell good:
- Avoid eating raw onions and garlic
- Also stay away from cheese and processed meats
- Gargle with an antibacterial mouthwash or chew on sugarfree gums containing xylitol
- Floss to remove any food particles stuck between your teeth
- Chew on some anise seeds or clove to freshen your breath in a jiffy
- Parsley is also a good mouth freshener
On the whole try and drink lots of fluids in the course of the day and try not to stay hungry for long periods of time. Swish some water around in yoru mouth after every meal and spit it out.
If your stomach is not in a healthy condition or if you are no eliminating properly all of these quick fixes may not help with the problem. Try and clean up your intestinal tract by eating los of fresh sruit and vegetables.
