Chest pain advice and alternative treatment

There could be a variety of reasons for chest pain. Without some more details like your age, weight and the frequency of the pains, I am afraid I will be unable to answer your question.

Chest pains can be caused by a muscle that has been pulled or even by indigestion and the formation of gas.

You will have to try a variety of remedies in order to discover the actual reason for the chest pain. If you have been partying and eating oily food, then this could be as a result of the over eating. You can drink a glass of hot water. You can also lie down for a little while with a hot water bottle close to your stomach. This will help any gases be expelled. Take a pinch of asafetida powder, add a couple of drops of water and make a paste. Apply this on your stomach, especially around your belly button. This may feel a little sticky. Let it dry on your stomach and leave on for a few hours. Then you can wash it away.

However if you continue to experience pain in your chest you should rush to your doctor. You should think of cutting down on calorie and fat rich foods and begin some kind of regular exercise.
