Low blood pressure alternative cures There are several ways in which a low blood pressure can be bought back up towards normalcy. Do visit your physician to confirm which of the following are best suited for your needs. Increase the amount of salt you ingest.
This of course is something you should not do if you have a history of thyroid problems. Besides this, one of the best natural ways to increase low blood pressure is to exercise. Regular exercise brings up the flow of blood and improves your overall health.
Your fluid intake needs to be controlled carefully. Avoid alcoholic drinks. Instead, drink at least 10 glasses of water daily. Certain sports drinks that are high on sodium and potassium are perfect after a good workout, and a must if you exert yourself in hot weather.
Another thing to remember is this – exercise does not mean heavy weights. Indulge in a good cardio workout. Avoid weights and strains. And instead of eating 3 large meals a day, try eating 5 smaller meals daily. Another simple home remedy is to place something under the head of your bed to tilt your sleeping place by about 10 degrees. This will help you too, surely. Diet, exercise, lifestyle – with these under control, your blood pressure will follow suit.
